Senior Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing and communications for one of Singapore's most iconic lifestyle and hospitality destinations. Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for shaping the brand's presence, driving awareness, and delivering memorable experiences through innovative campaigns and partnerships.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies for Singapore.

  • Conceptualize and deliver high-impact campaigns, activations, and events that captivate audiences.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

  • Build and manage strategic brand collaborations and media relationships.

  • Lead digital marketing efforts to boost engagement, bookings, and ticket sales.

  • Oversee content creation, PR activities, and media outreach.

  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize for impact and ROI.

  • Guide and mentor a small marketing team while managing budgets and brand standards.

What we're looking for:

  • A degree and at least 8 years' experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment.

  • Strong storyteller with excellent writing, presentation, and media relations skills.

  • Confident leader, collaborative team player, and detail-oriented project manager.

  • Proven track record of delivering results through creative marketing and brand building.
