Conference Producer - Japan.

Are you a commercially minded, content-driven professional with a passion for delivering impactful conferences? Do you enjoy building relationships with senior stakeholders and shaping conversations that matter across global investment markets?

An established and fast-growing business intelligence company is seeking a Conference Producer to join its international events team on a fixed-term contract.

In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of a flagship real estate investing conference in Asia, while also supporting a wider portfolio of private markets events across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and create engaging, high-level conference agendas based on market trends and audience needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior investors, fund managers, and industry leaders.
• Drive the speaker recruitment process, securing top-tier contributors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, editorial, and operations.
• Ensure seamless event delivery, both in-person and online.

About You

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in conference production or a similar B2B commercial role.
• Strong track record in speaker recruitment and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience or interest in finance, private equity or investment sectors is a plus.
• Highly organised, curious, and confident with excellent communication skills.
