Sales Director Singapore.

We are currently seeking a Sales Director to develop and implement a high growth sales strategy in APAC. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing a go-to-market and sales plan that will meet aggressive predetermined targets and growth metrics.
In the coming year, we plan to significantly increase our market share and look forward to having you with us on the journey. You will be a critical member of our leadership team as we continue our organic growth.
This is a unique greenfield opportunity to be one of the first people on the ground in APAC to help to grow and build the business from the earlier stages.
Our client enables digital transformation within the subscription economy for Media, Entertainment and Telecommunications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
➢ Develop and execute a sales plan focused on revenue generation from new clients/logos within the region. A successful Sales Director is expected to build and maintain a robust pipeline of new opportunities.
➢ Actively seek out new sales opportunities within the large complex organizations we serve through cold calling, networking, and social media.
➢ Build networks and spheres of influence in order to grow a list of prospects and pipeline.
➢ Become a trusted advisor and industry expert for your prospects, ensuring a high level of engagement so that our prospective customers extract the maximum possible value from our solutions.
➢ Own the sales process from start (prospecting) to finish (contracting and post-sale)
➢ Own pricing and price modeling for commercial agreements pertaining to your prospects
➢ Stay across all changes at the prospects and communicate those changes to internal stakeholders
➢ Drive the sales process through adherence to the Sandler sales methodology
➢ Be an excellent communicator that can prepare and deliver impactful presentations on products/services
➢ Negotiate and close deals
Qualification:
➢ 10+ years of progressive, relevant experience selling Large complex transformative products; Telco Markets, SaaS / Cloud solutions across Enterprise.
➢ If you have a history of successfully meeting and exceeding enterprise-level sales goals & proven ability to effectively identify and sell to C-level execs.
➢ You should be a "hunter" with proven experience in running long, complex B2B sales cycle processes for large companies and a proven track record of closing large complex deals.
➢ Must have solid sales background in Telco - OSS/BSS Software and/or solution-oriented Media Sales
➢ Experience of working in highly competitive environments and constantly improving and delivering order intake margin and revenue.
➢ Outstanding communication skills - negotiation, presentation and solution selling to manage complex organizations.
