We are now looking for a Regional Account Manager to join this exciting organisation where you will be working with multiple brands to understand their marketing needs.

If you are driven by sales targets, managing existing client relationships and have excellent customer service skills, we are looking for you.

THE ROLE

  • You will build and maintain strong bonds with key stakeholders.
  • You will be excited about understanding your clients business needs, with the ability to upsell and cross sell across multiple accounts.
  • You will be able to accurately forecast potential pain points with clients and resolve it during a reasonable timeframe.
  • You will be constantly learning and adapting to the ever-changing business landscape
  • You will propose, manage, and implement ideas to improve sales

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an account management focussed role, where you have been involved in upselling and cross selling across multiple accounts.
  • Subscription sales experience would be a bonus.
  • Target driven.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Have experience with a CRM system.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Able to communicate well with clients and partners across multiple markets.
  • As you will be required to liaise with clients outside of Singapore, Business Mandarin is required.
  • A self-driven person who creates and manages his own workload
  • Be a clear and concise communicator
  • Have the drive and determination to hit sales targets
