Transform performance marketing with one of the world's largest networks. Our client is a performance marketing agency that has a strong presence in 48 markets and delivers top-notch performance marketing tools to put the customer first.
They are looking to hire a Performance Manager to manage key performance accounts, campaigns, and activities. The ideal candidate has a passion for performance-driven platforms like paid social, search, and programmatic, and is eager to learn more about the industry's ever-changing environment from strategy and execution to innovation and technologies.
The Role:
- Manage operations, implementation of accounts, and delivery of campaigns
- Direct management of self-serve platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and SA360
- Execute campaign ad services according to ad operations processes
- Ensure campaigns are delivered through appropriate channels and touchpoints
- Recognise performance goals and establish bidding tactics to meet media KPIs
- Report analysis and insights as required
- Plan and forecast performance media
Your Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience managing performance campaigns
- Media agency or in-house experience is a bonus
- Experience planning and implementing across different channels and firm understanding of programmatic buying methods
- Experience working with platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn - other platforms are a bonus
- Knowledge of Google and Meta ad tech stack is also a bonus
