They are second to none digital advertising partner for Google and other global market leading brands. Their main expertise is overarching across paid media (Paid social, Paid Search, Programmatic, SEO), digital strategy and creative development solutions. They have caused some serious waves in Europe and USA already and now is expanding in APAC.

What you will be doing…

• Planning paid social campaigns across multiple-social channels.
• Optimising and executing methodologies against paid social plans utilising native platforms, third party and internal tools, as required to deliver efficient and profitable Paid Social campaigns.
• Critically analysing the performance of campaigns, identifying opportunities to optimise, facilitating changes to hit and exceed client expectations and KPIs.
• Pro-actively contribute and support the Head of Social and Social Media Directors with; research, insight and support around datasets that lead to effective paid, or cross-channel, media strategies and tactics.
• Upskill other members of the team, where required, on best practice paid social campaign execution.
• Demonstrates measurable success through the achievement of set KPIs. E.g., account turnover and profitability, campaign management, report generation/analysis and overall service.

What you will need…

• An in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Paid Social campaigns.
• Knowledge & experience of using Facebook Power Editor and Twitter Ads Manager would be advantageous.
• Facebook Blueprint certified; Google Advertising Fundamentals Exam - would be a plus and in addition a good understanding of Google Analytics.
• A self-starter who is highly motivated and passionate about social media and paid social.
