Online Marketing Manager.

As Online Marketing Manager, you'll be a key player in driving one of our client's online business KPIs. You will be part of the team driving digital marketing strategy to support ecommerce performance for our client - Samsung Mobile. You possess experience and skills in e-commerce and digital marketing domains to develop sound, actionable strategies and action plans to contribute towards our client's ambition to deliver exceptional eStore customer experience and performance. You also have outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
● Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact with the client's e-commerce team to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, and implement Marketing initiatives to drive eCommerce performance
● Collaborate with client-stakeholders and cross-functional colleagues to manage all aspects of the ecommerce business including business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns, leads generation, SEO, website experience optimisation, web analytics and web technologies
● Audit e-stores' performance to identify what's working, what's not working, gaps and opportunities
● Understand key marketing strategies behind client's digital marketing campaigns and how they relate to e-Stores' performance to make actionable recommendations
● Understand customer purchase journey (search, conversion, post-purchase) to identify potential audience segmentation and tailored e-Store experience
● Be familiar with e-Stores performance frameworks and metrics (such as audience purchase propensity, conversion rate, funnel analysis, AB testing) and how they relate to clients' e-Stores performance
● Harness analytics, metrics across a number of tools to analyse and translate technical e-Store performance/data into actionable insights for a non-technical audience, such as senior leadership
● Research competitive activities, and online marketing and e-Commerce best practices to augment your recommendations and action plan
● Collaborate with cross functional teams and clients (such as Web, CRM, Campaign, UX, SEO) to ensure e-Store operational excellence (E.g.: appropriate tagging implementation, content localisation)
● Lead and coordinate e-Store digital marketing initiatives and content localisation for product launches, key campaigns and promotions with client-stakeholders
● Communicate project status, issues or changes to internal and external stakeholders appropriately.
Requirements
● At least 4 years' experience in a business within a fast-paced and environment (Preferably with digital marketing and/or e-commerce and/or websites management domains)
● Experience in digital projects coordination
● Experience in multi-level/multi-functional stakeholders management and multi-business process handling
● Detailed-oriented and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to pre-empt problems or identify root causes and formulate and implement solutions pro-actively
● Able to work effectively and independently towards goals in a complex and diverse environment with minimal supervision
● Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
● Experience with e-Store web technologies/tools: Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
● Degree in Business, Digital Marketing, ecommerce or relevant disciplines.
