About the Role


We're on the hunt for a high-energy, results-driven Media Sales Director to take the reins of our sales strategy in Australia. This is your chance to help shape the future of B2B sales at a company that values innovation, collaboration, and a "let's do this" mindset.

What You'll Be Owning:

  • Leading the charge across sales, account management, operations, and biz dev

  • Building and mentoring a team that's just as hungry as you are

  • Creating sales strategies that actually work and scale

  • Hitting revenue goals-and helping set new ones

  • Being a key voice at the leadership table, helping drive big-picture growth

What You Bring:

  • A proven track record in B2B sales leadership (you've been there, done that, exceeded the target)

  • Skills in sales strategy, operations, and team management

  • You've built strong client relationships and know how to close with confidence

  • A passion for mentoring teams and unlocking their potential

  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to turn challenges into wins

  • Great communicator, great negotiator, even better listener

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
