Roles & Responsibilities:

• Project manage all CRM and Marketing Automation strategies and implementation, including planning, creative, emails, campaign automation and campaign performance monitoring, to improve customer engagement across all channels
• Support clients in gathering campaign briefs from various stakeholders and working alongside with relevant team members to get campaigns assigned and set up
• Implement digital marketing tools and KPIs to automate marketing workflows for clients
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports to review and improve campaign performances
• Monitor deliverability and help to remediate blocks or issues

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/Marketing
• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of marketing automation hands-on experience
• Experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics and CDP is a plus.
• Experience working with Asana, MS Project, Excel, Visio, Lucid Charts or other project management tools
• Excellent project management skills by providing clear communicating priorities, objectives/goals and deliverables.
• Some working experience with SQL, Javascript, HTML and CSS
• Ability to work with cross functional teams to identify use cases to be implemented using the MarTech solutions.
• Self-starter, independent, motivated and result-oriented team player
• Strong in communications with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Self-motivated operator who can work comfortably as an individual contributor and comfortable with navigating through the organization to get things done.
• Strong in analytics and able to make decisions leveraging data. Strong negotiation skills. Creative with high emotional intelligence. An innovative collaborator. Most importantly, you must be savvy and love tech, and love to sell your ideas to everyone.
