Aspire are partnering up with a Marketing and Advertising here in Singapore. Looking for a Marketing Project Executive to join and expand their rapidly fast-growing team.

Responsibilities

• Client-facing role
• Monitor campaign scheduling, planning and resource management from conception to delivery
• Develop and maintain relations and direct communications with Design, Data, Marketing teams
• Ensure marketing projects are delivered as scheduled to best possible quality standards
• Perform as a marketing consultant to customers
• Provide ideas as well as opportunities to assist and enhance marketing and sales results
• Interact and work with Design team to develop and present new design
• Develop, maintain and update comprehensive project files as well as documentation like campaign schedule, visualised reports, campaign tracking etc
• Post campaign results analysis and presentation

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in marketing, business, media, communications
• At least 2 years' experience in agency-side marketing/design role for junior role
• At least 4 years' experience in agency-side marketing/design role for senior role
• Skilled in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google suite of services
• Apt in online communication tools such as Skype, MS Teams, Google Meet
• Strong command of spoken and written English is a must
• Strong soft-skills and showcases an ability to manage teams' and clients' expectations
• Literacy in marketing automation with some experience in using any of the following: Eloqua, Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot
• Meticulous and organised
• Extremely strong in interpersonal communication and relates well with people
