Aspire has partnered with a prominent beauty brand based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a effective and innovative company in the e-commerce and beauty retail space, they are committed to delivering exceptional products and services to their customers. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring flawless on-brand execution, and timely delivery of marketing projects across all channels.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing marketing efforts, implementing the brand strategy, and continuously seeking improvements and new opportunities by analysing trends, consumer behaviour, competition, and markets. The role involves integrating experience with the ability to interpret and synthesise insightful findings using marketing insights and consumer behaviour information.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, coordinate, and manage projects from start to finish, with a strong focus on improving and enhancing Brand Management processes, particularly in the digital realm.
  • Take ownership of CRM, Loyalty, PR, Media, Campaign Management, Retail Marketing, Product Launches, Events, Content Creation, and planning.
  • Act as a key driver of Brand Awareness, contributing to the development and implementation of the Marketing Strategy by creating programs, concepts, presentations, and communication formats.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships and regular communication with internal stakeholders, suppliers, clients, creative agencies, and NGO's.
  • Collaborate closely and communicate frequently with teams like Innovations, Supply Chain, Retail, and Wholesale.
  • Proactively seek, work on, and implement improvements, opportunities, and chances that enhance the Marketing, eCommerce, and Store Design teams.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in beauty marketing.
  • Senior experience in a commercial organisation, preferably within the Beauty or Luxury sector.
  • Previous experience in Beauty Retail, with a strong conceptual understanding of the makeup industry preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Open communication and a can-do approach.
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, commercial insight, assertiveness, pro-activity, flexibility, accuracy, stress resistance, and planning skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
