Aspire has partnered with a well-established events organisation in Dubai to find an experienced Marketing Manager for their events team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in marketing for events, who thrive in fast-paced environments, and are looking to contribute to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for exhibitions, supporting overall event goals.
- Collaborate with project teams to create and oversee marketing policies and procedures.
- Produce high-quality marketing collateral and coordinate with project managers across a range of regional and international events.
- Manage external agency partnerships, including design, PR, and media, ensuring effective campaign execution.
- Lead on-site activities such as press conferences and media management during exhibitions.
- Research and propose new event concepts, continuously exploring market opportunities.
- Maintain and improve data management protocols to optimise departmental operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in marketing, preferably in the exhibitions or events industry.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing or Business, with a strong understanding of business management practices
- Excellent organisational, creative, and customer-focused skills; database management experience is essential.

- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
