Managing Director (B2B marketing agency).

Our client, a global leading global B2B creative marketing agency is looking for an exceptional Managing Director to join their team. Their clients are mostly within B2B technology and the projects they cover are diverse, from marketing campaigns, to content production, events and digital/performance marketing too.

Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of the office (around 25 people) and driving the business forward
• Growing the relationships with their current B2B technology clients
• Being the face of the business at events and in the market
• Business development and pitching for new clients and work to help grow revenue
• Business strategy on
• Working closely with global leadership team on how to drive the Singapore team forward and align globally
• Planning and overseeing the business operations

Who you are and what you have:

• Minimum 10 years in an integrated marketing or creative agency
• Team leadership experience is essential
• Experience working across B2B clients preferable
• Bachelor Degree in Business, marketing or similar.
• Ability to build and grow relationships with clients
• Pitching experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player
