Head of Production Management
Based in Philippines

Headhunting for an insight and technology-led communication agency with global production expertise with print and POSM. As The Head of Production Management (HPM) owns setting the standard of production management to ensure the highest satisfaction for their clients.

The Head of Production Management will establish and maintain a highly functional, united and integrated team of Team Leaders & Production Managers to serve a set of our clients across markets.

Team Management:

  • Build and lead a team of capable Team Leaders, managing the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Oversee resource planning through forecasting and analysis.
  • Assist Team Leaders in handling people-related challenges, particularly workload management.

Production Management:

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for strategic sourcing and production concerns.
  • Identify and address business issues, taking proactive steps for resolution and risk mitigation.
  • Establish procedures and guidelines to promote best practices, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure the production team adheres to the highest quality standards.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

  • Maintain stakeholder satisfaction through regular communication and effective change management.
  • Remain open to feedback and adaptable to adjust plans as necessary.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies at various organizational levels.

Strategic Programs:

  • Collaborate with Operations and Client Services Leaders to optimize processes, especially those with significant financial impacts.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies for clients and markets, focusing on standardization and cost-efficiency.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • A highly experienced marketing production professional with over 10 years of sourcing and Print/POSM/Premium production management experience.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role, with strong commercial acumen.
  • Fluency in English and the local language is essential; other languages are a plus but not required.

Mindset for the Role:

  • Proven ability to deliver results in complex change management environments.
  • Strong anticipatory skills, identifying potential challenges and opportunities and developing strategies to manage business impact, especially in people management.
  • Decisive and strategic, setting direction based on role requirements.
  • Proactively collaborate with senior stakeholders and effectively communicate recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging cross-functional teams and senior management.
