Event Marketing Executive.

As our Event Marketing Executive, you will:

• Collaborate with the Events Director and international marketing team to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (print, digital, email, and social).
• Manage event websites and mobile apps, ensuring accurate and engaging content.
• Oversee the creation of event collateral: programs, signage, sales materials, and screen graphics.
• Coordinate with sponsors, partners, and vendors to maximise event visibility and marketing opportunities.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimise future strategies.
• Write and edit marketing copy and manage social media activities.
• Support onsite event execution and logistics, including AV coordination, signage, and live engagement.
• Maintain photo/video asset libraries and coordinate post-event surveys.

Skills & Experience

• At least 3 years experience in an event marketing or marketing role, ideally in the travel media or live events sector.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing and campaign execution.
• Exceptional project management, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of design tools (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva) is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic HTML, website CMS and marketing automation platforms will be a plus.
