Role: Event coordinator (B2B Trade Exhibition)

Salary: S$3,000 - S$3,500 per month

Location: Singapore

Our client, a reputable international events leader and is currently seeking an event coordinator to join their expanding team in Singapore.

You will be part of a team which curates some of the most exciting B2B events in Singapore.

As an event coordinator, you will:

• Facilitate the exhibition planning and implementation process
• Manage and co-ordinate suppliers, vendors, and all event related logistics (e.g. venue, catering, AVL, travel)
• Produce detailed proposals as required
• Help the project managers monitor the project's progress, team members performance, and provide updates to project stakeholders
• Provide on-site event support
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
