The team is seeking an event director where you will be driving exceptional results and quality - setting the mission and vision of the team. You will also be championing a forward-thinking, innovative and vibrant work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely & collaborate with sales, marketing and events team ensuring the highest standards of quality.
• Collaborate with managing director, EMEA - setting expectations and communicating on forecasts and results against budget.
• Overseeing budget preparation with US, UK and SG team.
• Creating an environment that attracts, retains and motivates the top talents and creating a diversifying workforce.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years as an experienced strategic business leader with a focus on business development, management, operational expertise & planning.
• Track record in online business development with industry tech experience - within travel industry preferred.
• Experienced in leading and motivating high performing teams.
