We are recruiting an Enterprise Account Manager for a global tech consulting firm specialising in Automation, Analytics & AI.

Our client are a global tech consulting firm who provide End2end advisory as well as implementation services focusing on: Automation, Analytics & AI.

They specialise across strategy, implementation and operations for; Automation, Analytics, AI, Digital and IT transformation. They also advise on emerging technologies (such as Blockchain) to assist their clients in their adoption.

Work you'll do

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) provides a basis for taking on a lot of mundane, repetitive tasks and freeing up time for the employees to focus on more meaningful work, which leads to better productivity, greater innovation and stronger business results.

Businesses are looking to add intelligence to automation technology, where it can start to think like people think and analyze the way people analyze.

As a member of our Sales and Business Development team, you will be responsible for generating and maximizing sales results and driving new leads through the sales pipeline. You are expected to acquire new client accounts, sell to existing accounts, and build long-term relationships with our clients. You will also collaborate with different teams to coordinate pre-sales, professional services, and support resources to drive successful solutions and services for our clients.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • This is 60/40 New Business/Account Management
  • Work closely with Sales Director to develop go-to-market strategy on identifying and acquiring new client accounts (global and multinational clients) specifically in the Enterprise Sector.
  • Actively network in the industry to identify prospects and establish contact with the objective of converting prospects into client accounts through business development methods such as networking events, client referrals, cold calling, and other innovative channels.
  • Initiate and drive sales process by building relationships with key decision makers in the target client organisation; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments etc.
  • Develop sales by making initial presentation to new prospective clients; articulating Our client's value proposition and value-added services.
  • Close sales and provide support in the coordination of tender/quotation submission and the formulation of price quotations and solution proposals.
  • Grow recurring business with existing client accounts through a consultative sale approach.

Qualifications

  • 5 of experience in a sales hunting and account management role within a technology consulting or system integration environment.
  • Must have experience in selling to large enterprise clients, with strong extensive network focus in Singapore market.
  • Ability to engage with all levels across the client organisations including C-level executives; understand and identify client's needs.
  • Self-starter and highly motivated candidate.
  • Excellent communications and inter-personal skills, and passion to deliver quality work.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
