A fast-growing challenger FMCG brand is on the hunt for a Senior Ecommerce Specialist to join their UK team! Already selling millions of products across DTC and retail channels globally, this purpose-driven brand is on a mission to help people think clearly, focus better, and achieve more. With huge expansion plans, this role offers the chance to bring the brand's vision to life and have real influence over its next stage of growth.

As the Senior Ecommerce Specialist, you'll to take full ownership of a fast-growing DTC website and subscription business. You'll lead website development, feature rollouts, and optimisation to drive growth, working closely with the founders, marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure a fast, conversion-focused online experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the DTC website and subscription platform, managing day-to-day updates, CRO improvements, content changes, and technical enhancements
  • Lead and manage internal and external developers, prioritise tasks, QA releases, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to spec
  • Plan and execute new website features and functionality, ensuring strong commercial impact and minimal disruption
  • Monitor e-commerce performance, including conversion rate, average order value, revenue, retention, and subscription growth across markets
  • Optimise the subscription experience, tracking churn, retention, and lifetime value, and implement improvements to maximise long-term customer value
  • Analyse site and subscription performance using key metrics, providing actionable insights and reporting to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to support campaigns, launches, and promotional activity, ensuring the site is ready for traffic spikes
  • Continuously identify UX and CRO opportunities through testing, experimentation, and data-led optimisation

The Candidate:

  • Proven experience in in an e-commerce or DTC environment with a strong focus on conversion and performance
  • Proven experience managing developers and overseeing website development roadmaps or builds
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce metrics, CRO, and subscription economics
  • Experience with subscription platforms such as Skip, Recharge, or comparable DTC tools
  • Confident in using analytics tools to translate data into actionable insights
  • Highly organised, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for consumer products, wellness, and delivering exceptional online experiences
