Our client is a Pan-Asian Events company headquartered in Singapore with over five decades of experience. They are currently looking for a E-Commerce Manager to join their Venues Team as they lead the charge towards a new events age in Asia, creating and curating the next generation of innovative events and venue experiences.

Role: E-Commerce Manager

Location: Singapore

Salary: $5,000 - $6,000

Key Responsibilities

  • In charge of the creation, development, and execution of the company owned online sales platform.
  • Lead the overall development of company's e-commerce strategy and establishing best practices for e-commerce content management, updating documentation, and ensuring that best practices are upheld throughout the website.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create a content strategy to drive more traffic and conversion via online channels
  • Planning the distribution of B2B and B2C content through paid, owned and earned media to increase brand awareness and enhance lead generation across a broad range of marketing channels.
  • Work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders for media planning and media buying
  • Manage and optimize campaigns, including results reporting, suggestions for enhancing owned and paid channels, site traffic analysis, and campaign optimization
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Manage marketing budgets within the campaign

Key Requirements

  • At least 5-8 years of working experience in digital marketing, E-Commerce, media planning or other similar roles
  • Hands-on experience with AEM and Adobe Commerce (Magento), SFMC and other marketing automation systems
  • Preferable if familiar with Salesforce & Ungerboeck and/or other similar CRM and Event & Venue Management software
  • Strong MarTech and E-Commerce marketing capabilities such as proficiency in Google Analytics, AEM, SEO, SEM, SFMC
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage deadlines
