Digital Senior Art Director.

A leading creative digital company that lives and breathes all things DIGITAL is looking to expand in Sunny Singapore. They create content across omni channel platforms, and view storytelling as an artform, and creativity is their #1 goal in all they do.

They are expanding rapidly and are looking for a talented Art Director to join the team! This role sits with a solid team who works largely on retention of clients, strategy, and as a trusted advisor by clients.

The Digital Senior Art Director is a key member of the Creative team who has a strong passion and solid experience in graphic design. Your role will involve delivering creative design solutions for digital media spaces, as well as long-term CRM and localisation support platforms.

Responsibilities

• Systematic - bring brand experiences to consumers through large complex systems and experiences - from interfaces to large systematic websites, taking in mind specific experiences through different devices
• Narrative / Conceptual - craft visual stories and build brands through campaign level thinking and execution
• Graphic / Aesthetic - senior level understanding of graphic design, typography and layout and how it extends through the digital realm and its counterparts
• Executional - develop style guides for each project, be part of the design/development process, and work with the Technology team to ensure final quality delivery
• Presentational - convey ideas and artistic vision to clients in a clear and confident manner
• Leadership - together with your copy partner, spearhead business expansion for accounts allocated to you; lead conversations in art direction with clients; manage Junior Art Directors by directing, inspiring and mentoring

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in digital design
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a busy, professional and team environment
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills
• A self-motivated relationship builder with a positive attitude
• Maintains knowledge of current web-design trends, tools and techniques
• Handles feedback well
