2D Creative Lead

A leading experiential and events agency is looking for a 2D Creative Lead to drive the visual direction of high-profile brand experiences across physical, hybrid and digital activations.

The Role

This is a senior creative role for someone who thrives on concepting bold ideas and seeing them through to delivery. You'll lead 2D creative across pitches and live projects, shaping brand storytelling and inspiring multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative development for experiential and brand activation projects

• Translate briefs into strong, on-brand 2D concepts and designs

• Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients

• Oversee delivery of print and digital outputs to high standards

• Mentor senior and junior designers

• Partner closely with production and project teams

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in 2D design within experiential, events or agency environments

• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking

• Confident presenting and leading creative conversations

• Excellent knowledge of print, digital formats and design workflows

• Highly organised, collaborative and deadline-driven

Tools

Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote/PowerPoint/Google Slides, plus strong knowledge of print processes.
