Our client is looking for a professional with a record of bringing concepts to life. Someone who is not just following the latest design trends but is also a master of the tools and technology that make them possible.

Scope

• Deliver 3D design solutions that captivate both internal teams and external clients, driving engagement and achieving strategic objectives.
• Serve as a pivotal creative conduit, translating the vision and requirements between internal teams and external clients into compelling 3D visual concepts and storyboards.
• Articulate and champion design concepts through persuasive presentations to diverse stakeholders, fostering understanding and alignment.
• Own and drive the end-to-end creative process, producing innovative and feasible 3D solutions from initial brief and conceptualisation, to designs and final build execution, ensuring seamless integration.
• Provide guidance and direction to the Production team, ensuring accurate and high-quality realisation of approved 3D designs.
• Ensure and surpass client needs and expectations through exceptional 3D design work and a commitment to understanding their objectives.
• Adapt to evolving business needs by undertaking additional roles and responsibilities as required towards the team's success.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in the MICE industry or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D designs for events and spatial environments.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse client briefs, extract key objectives, and translate into innovative and feasible design concepts.
• Strong proficiency in spatial planning, coupled with exceptional creative flair and the ability to visually communicate design ideas effectively through sketches, renderings, and presentations.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to confidently and persuasively present design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to accurately translate creative visions and conceptual designs into detailed and precise production-ready drawings and specifications.
• High-level proficiency in 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, with a strong understanding of their application in event design.
• Competent in utilising Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Suite for documentation, communication, and project management.
• A strong commitment to accuracy and quality, with the ability to maintain focus and deliver exceptional work even when managing tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to strict timelines, and ensure the timely delivery of all required deliverables.
• Polished and professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
