This role is for a Digital Marketing Manager with 2-3 years' experience who enjoys hands-on work as well as shaping how digital marketing is planned, delivered and improved. You'll work closely with marketing and project teams across a portfolio of global events and lead generation campaigns.
📈 Campaign performance
Improve results across PPC, SEO, websites, social channels and landing pages
Work towards KPIs such as registrations, leads, conversions, traffic and ROAS
Review performance using GA4, SEMrush, ad platforms and social tools
Share clear, practical insights with teams to support better decision-making
Help develop audience targeting approaches alongside campaign teams
🔍 SEO & GEO
Run day-to-day SEO activity across on-page, technical, content and off-site
Carry out SEO audits and monitor keyword rankings
Spot performance drops early and take steps to address them
Apply SEO best practice across new and existing pages
Improve landing pages to support rankings, usability and page experience
💰 Paid media
Set up, manage and improve campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta
Focus on improving spend efficiency, conversion quality and ROAS
Review underperforming campaigns and test changes
Try new formats and approaches such as Performance Max, AI bidding and Demand Gen
Keep up to date with platform changes and trends
🖥 Website & UX
Carry out regular UX and design reviews across event websites
Improve layouts, templates, imagery and overall visual consistency
Roll out new page types and improved layouts across sites
Help resolve WordPress issues (Elementor & ACF)
Work with external developers on fixes and new features
🎨 Creative
Create digital ad copy, visuals and short video content
Rework existing assets into new formats
Test different creative approaches to see what performs best
Work with designers to produce clear, on-brand creative
⚙️ Digital projects & ways of working
Support wider digital improvement projects
Help deliver projects on time and to plan
Identify where tools or processes could work better
Explore and use AI tools to support productivity and content quality
🤝 Learning & sharing knowledge
Support and guide junior digital team members
Help maintain clear and consistent processes across campaigns and reporting
Share learnings and ideas with the wider team
📊 Reporting
Prepare regular reports on campaign and website performance
Review user journeys and behaviour
Share insights and recommendations with teams and leadership
2-3 years' experience across SEO, PPC and performance marketing
Experience working with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta
Comfortable using GA4, SEMrush and analytics tools
Practical experience using WordPress (Elementor & ACF)
Enjoys creative testing across copy, formats and visuals
Experience with CRO and A/B testing
Comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Interest in learning about AI tools and new technologies
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is helpful but not essential
£40,000 salary + discretionary bonus
