Role Overview

We are seeking a highly adaptable and self-driven Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and localise marketing initiatives in Japan.

This role will act as a key connector between the Japan team and Global Headquarters in Singapore. You will ensure that Japan's unique voice and market dynamics are reflected in global campaigns while also crafting and executing Japan-specific marketing and communications efforts.

This is a hands-on role requiring full-stack marketing capabilities from digital campaign execution and agency coordination to social media, content creation, web management, and performance analytics.

You will collaborate closely with global teams based at HQ to ensure alignment and consistency across all activities.

Requirements

1. 6-10 years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally within B2B, fintech, technology, or innovation ecosystems.

2. Native-level Japanese and strong command of English (both written and verbal).

3. Demonstrated success in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.

4. Proficiency in managing social media, CMS platforms, SEO, and analytics tools.

5. Experience working with agencies and global teams across multiple time zones.

6. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

7. International perspective and cultural fluency.

8. Strong interpersonal, project management, and storytelling skills.
