Aspire is currenty recruiting for a Customer Success Partner, for a global organisation that is in a very exciting growth phase in APAC. This role will be supporting to numerous major names in the consumer goods space across APAC and reporting directly to the Director based in Sydney.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop best-in-class customer relationships through an understanding of our customers' business challenges and fit for company's range of unique products and services.
  • Champion a culture of customer success within the division through delivering high levels of client-side activity and understanding through activities such as impactful training, webinars, and user content promotion in English and mandarin Working closely with the account management team to align on strategy
  • Drive renewal rates, business growth and longer-term customer partnerships. Be the voice of the customer for continuous product enhancement and usability, alongside delivering client use-cases for our cross-vertical content & positioning to differentiate and grow client-side relationships.
  • Deliver client-side workshops to engage & embed all aspects of our services into the relevant stakeholder groups.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer-facing account management/customer success / client services role
  • Demonstrated passion for customer success
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for growth
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and have excellent attention to detail
  • Well defined prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Ability to collect and analyse information, problem-solve, and make decisions
  • Salesforce and Microsoft Office experience
  • English and mandarin
