Our client is a fantastic F&B business headquartered in Australia and growing their presence across Asia with their fantastic, high end food products. They are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager in Singapore that will be focused on driving the customer acquisition and marketing efforts to enhance the brand and customer experience through brand activation and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing the customer marketing initiatives across APAC
- Delivering brand activations and marketing activities across multiple Asian markets
- Planning and executing events focused on brand and sales initiatives.
- Managing the resources in each market to execute marketing activities
- Tracking performance and impact of activations and marketing initiatives
- Ensuring the marketing and content are aligned with the global messaging and brand
- Researching and analysing industry trends and developments and providing in-market customer trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- 3 years + of marketing experience with a customer or brand focus
- Experience in F&B marketing is strongly preferred
- Experience working across APAC markets is essential
- Confident personality and excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong understanding of brand positioning
