CRM Manager (SFMC Campaign Developer)

I am collaborating with a Digital Marketing Agency operating globally with over 30 offices worldwide. They are second to none digital advertising partner for Google and other global market leading brands.

That are looking for a CRM manager here in Singapore. This CRM Manager is responsible for implementation and delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet the business goals and technical requirements of our global roster of clients & prospects.

Requirements

  • Work closely with the Solutions Architect and CRM Consultant to transform the client's business requirements into a technical solution design.
  • A successful CRM Manager will be able to create personalised landing pages and is fluent in Marketing Cloud scripting languages and HTML.
  • Experienced in advanced segmentation, reporting and analytics, and data configuration.
  • Support creation and update of an actionable Functional Specification Document (FSD, Blueprint) based upon the Business Requirements Document (BRD) that aligns a client's business needs to that of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Deep knowledge and hands on experience of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform - Mandatory.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certified - Marketing Cloud Developer.
  • Proficient in Amp Script and other SFMC scripting languages.

  • Ability to consultatively engage with customers and colleagues and to quickly make complex decisions.
  • Flexible, versatile and copes well under pressure.
  • Accountable and responsive; able to deliver outcomes effectively.
  • Excellent technical thinking.
