Conference Producer.

Our client, a leading B2B tradeshow organiser with a global presence is on the lookout for an aspiring Conference Producer to join their Singapore team!

Role: Junior Conference Producer

Location: Singapore

What you'll do (non-exhaustive)

• Research, identify gaps, and produce relevant content strategy
• Establish key relationships with partners and industry stakeholders
• Develop current and prospective customer insights, and relationships as part of the overall account management strategy
• Conduct telephone and in-person research with potential attendees within the target market to develop programme agendas
• Collaborate with teams across the company for marketing and delivering events
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure delivery of a first-class on-site conference experience

Your strength and experience:

• A bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• 1+ years experience in conference producing or research/journalist role
• Research skills
• Well-spoken and interpersonal skills
• Client-facing and able to deal with sponsorship team and stakeholders
• Resilience and strong desire to succeed
