Senior Conference Producer.

Our client is a growing B2B financial media company known for delivering impactful content and market-leading conferences. With an expanding presence in the APAC region, they are now looking for a Senior Conference Producer to join their regional team and take full ownership of end-to-end event production for high-profile conferences, summits and awards.

As a Senior Conference Producer you will play a key role in developing and executing world-class events that deliver compelling, relevant, and commercially successful content to senior-level financial professionals across the region. This is a research-led, content-focused position ideal for someone who understands the financial services landscape, has a sharp editorial mindset, and excels at creating agendas that engage both delegates and sponsors.

Responsibilities

Content Development & Agenda Creation

• Conduct detailed market research to uncover emerging trends, key challenges, and influential voices within financial services in APAC
• Design engaging, forward-looking event agendas tailored to a senior-level audience
• Develop session formats that support interaction, insight-sharing, and thought leadership

Speaker Acquisition & Stakeholder Engagement

• Identify and secure senior-level speakers, including C-suite executives, regulators, and leading industry thinkers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with speakers, advisors, associations, and other key stakeholders
• Align content strategy with commercial and brand objectives through close collaboration with internal teams

Project & Event Management

• Manage the full production lifecycle, from initial concept through to event delivery (on-site or virtual)
• Work closely with marketing and sponsorship teams to ensure content supports delegate acquisition and revenue generation
• Maintain schedules, communications, and speaker deliverables with a high degree of organization and professionalism

Requirements

• A Bachelors Degree and more than 4-5 years of experience in conference production or B2B events (preferably within financial services)
• Strong knowledge of the financial landscape in APAC.
• Proven ability to create agendas and secure high-level speakers
• Excellent research and communication skills
• Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
• Experience with digital and in-person event formats will be an advantage
