Senior Events Manager.

About the role:

I am representing an experiential events agency who is seeking an experienced Senior Producer to join their team.

This role is crucial for delivering memorable experiences from brief to execution. The Senior Producer will lead projects, working closely with colleagues, partners, suppliers, and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing processes and tasks, guiding event executives and vendors to ensure projects meet objectives.

• You will be the primary contact for clients, presenting proposals, running WIPS, leading onsite visits, effectively managing client needs and relationships to support revenue growth.

• Understand project briefs and oversee pre-production and onsite processes for smooth delivery.

• Work collaboratively with various teams - Creative, Technical and Senior Management ensuring clear communication to all stakeholders.

• Lead and mentor Producers, Associate Producers, and Event Coordinators.

• Assist the leadership team with developing pitches and costings, as well as specific vendor and production tasks when required.

Qualifications:

• 7-8 years of industry experience, either client-side or with an event agency.

• Exceptional time, project management, and client-facing skills, including strong presentation abilities.

• Adept at ideation, contributing unique perspectives and expanding account management capabilities.

• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with a commitment to continuous learning.

• Ability to thrive under pressure, managing deadlines, multiple projects and conflicting priorities with composure.

• Willingness to travel to events across the Asia-Pacific region
