Client Success Manager.

We are looking for an Client Success Manager for an award-winning digital marketing consultancy in Singapore.

This position's core role is to act as an advocate in establishing close relationships with some of the largest brands in South-East Asia.

Role: Client Success Manager

Location: Singapore

Salary: S$5,000 - S$5,500 per month

Roles and Responsibilities

* Establish a solid working relationship with multiple clients

* Be the point of contact for all client requests, ensuring that briefs are met with quality and timeliness

* Work collaboratively with delivery teams and subject matter experts to evaluate client needs regarding their objectives and goals

* Working with the delivery team to be the first line of support in the running of accounts

* Support delivery and sales team in cross-sells and up-sells

* Willing to proactively look for opportunities that will surprise and delight your client

* Assist with additional ad-hoc tasks to support the team as and when required

Requirements

* Hands-on experience in Google Analytics / GA Certifications

* Your ability to tell a story on a Slide deck

* Education - degree level in advertising, media, IT or similar

* 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferable digital agencies

* Strong knowledge and passion in Web and Digital Analytics

* Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships

* Ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines

* Excellent analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills

* Good communicator, comfortable with showing what data means and how action can be taken based upon it

* Ability to take the clients and internal teams from chaos to clarity
