The Role of Business Director

• Oversee several teams covering programmatic, paid media, social and search for their fantastic clients
• Act as the key point of contact between APAC's largest accounts and internal channel teams
• Work closely with the VP of Client Services, building on SEA's key capabilities
• Form beneficial client relationships across all levels
• Take charge of planning and activation teams across SEA
• Stay up to date on all agency updates and keep in communication with clients

Your Experience as Business Director

• 9-14 years of digital marketing experience, media agency or travel industry preferred
• Good grasp of all digital channels
• Excellent client management skills, especially with senior clients
• Management capabilities, able to grow and nurture a team, ideally with experience overseeing a team of 10-15 minimum
• Having worked with localisation of digital strategies across China, Japan, and Korea is a bonus

Your Profile

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written), able to present confidently
• Motivated, target driven with strong analytical skills
• Able to work with all agency departments as a team, as well as individually
