Associate PR Account Director.

Our client is a fast-growing boutique B2B PR agency based in Singapore and they are currently seeking an experienced Associate Account Director to join their Singapore team, with a focus on the finance sector.

In this role, you will be working with high-calibre clients and delivering impactful PR and communications strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a portfolio of B2B clients across financial services, ESG and FinTech sectors.

• Oversee the planning and execution of integrated communications campaigns, providing strategic counsel to clients.

• Understand client objectives and determine the most effective channels and tactics to achieve their goals.

• Provide high-level strategic oversight across client accounts, agency initiatives, and team development.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Support new business development, including participating in pitches and identifying growth opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, vendors and industry thought leaders.

• Be knowledgable on the industry trends and emerging topics particularly in finance, sustainability and technology sectors.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and effective execution.

• Manage account budgets, track KPIs,and report on campaign performance.

Requirements:

• At least 6-8 years of experience in PR ideally within an agency environment.

• Prior experience working with financial services clients; experience in technology, sustainability, or other B2B sectors is a plus.

• Strong agency background with a focus on B2B communications is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and written skills.

• Confident client handler with excellent interpersonal skills and a consultative approach.

• Willingness to be hands-on in both strategic advisory and campaign execution.

• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.
