Associate Director - Performance.

Our client is a growing digital and performance marketing agency, specialising in executing Digital campaigns for their exciting key clients. They are looking for an Associate Director to join their team in Kuala Lumpur as they have recently won a new client and are growing!

Key Responsibilities:

• Client facing; establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in Malaysia and Singapore
• Consulting clients as an expert on biddable media platforms (Social, Google ads and DV360)
• Monitoring and analysing the performance of digital campaigns
• Presenting media plans on new product launches and campaigns for clients
• Managing and guiding team on delivery
• Improving workflow across accounts
• Stay current on industry trends and developments with a focus on social, search and programmatic

Requirements:

• 7+ years of performance marketing experience
• Agency and client facing experience is ideal
• Strong technical understanding of Google ads and social with planning and campaign execution experience. Programmatic experience is beneficial
• Management experience
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to improve campaign performance
• Excellent client facing and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and deadlines
