Founded in Singapore, our client is a team of highly performing creatives, planners, strategists, project managers, designers, writers, and makers, they design human-led experiences with the senses in mind.

For the past 17 years, they have been moving people and businesses to each other and into action with one another.

They are currently looking for talents with the right skill-set, mindset and heart-set to join their fast expanding team to produce content and events that will move people into action.

Role: Account Manager

Location: Singapore

Salary: S$4,000 to S$5,000 per month

As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the Account Director and Creative Director to build partnerships with people, clients, and partners. You will also build partnerships with partners and vendors to deliver projects efficiently.

You will play an instrumental part on the projects they perform - key in putting together strategic, creative and corporate communication pieces in place, together with a team of content producers.

  • Produce video, social, and digital with a keen understanding of the multitude of channels and platforms
  • Be well versed in digital and online mediums
  • Work closely with strategic, creative and technical teams to develop ideas and strategies for project briefs
  • Write project briefs detailing clear objectives of outcomes for client and project teams and ensure that all stakeholders understand the brief and delivery expectations
  • Project manage mid to large scale projects of between S$20k to S$1.5 million in value
  • Lead multiple project teams, partners and client stakeholders
  • Be accountable for project budgets, P&L and time-lines
  • Conduct client project WIP meetings & reporting

You will also have the following skill-set, mindset and heart-set.

With the right skill-sets, you:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in an experiential, creative and/communication network agency
  • Have experience and knowledge of content / communication, project management, events, design and most importantly video-based projects
  • Have an aesthetic sense for branding and sensorial experiences
  • Have keen knowledge of trends for sensorial experiences, business trends and popular culture
  • Good understanding and use for digital / social media platforms (as well as app/event platforms such WebEx, Zoom, Teams (bonus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a good communicator
  • Managed mid to large scale communication projects
