Aspire Middle East has partnered with an innovative beauty brand is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Store Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a pioneer in the beauty retail and e-commerce industry, the company is committed to providing top-tier products and exceptional customer experiences.

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who will lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving the store's operational success. If you have a passion for beauty, a strong background in retail management, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and develop a best-in-class team focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the store to achieve sales objectives and operational KPIs in alignment with the brand's vision.
  • Analyse sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to maximise stock potential and drive revenue growth.
  • Regularly coach the sales team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, leading by example with a hands-on approach on the sales floor.
  • Maintain staffing levels aligned with operational needs, ensuring optimal shift coverage and preparation for seasonal peaks and in-store activities.
  • Work closely with regional management to contribute to marketing strategies and in-store events, ensuring effective execution.
  • Manage store inventory and stock levels to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Ensure that all store operations are conducted in compliance with regional culture and local legislation through continuous training of frontline teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience within the GCC retail beauty industry.
  • Strong background in customer and sales service, with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
  • Extensive experience in retail operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with solid business acumen.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
