Special Events Producer.

ROLE: SPECIAL EVENTS PRODUCER

LOCATION: SINGAPORE

SALARY: S$10,000 - S$12,000 per month

Role Description

Working alongside the founder, you will focus on live event delivery with focus on creative production, entertainment, art, music and culture, theatrical ideation and seamless orchestration.

- You will work closely with the creative team to design, ideate, and align technical possibilities

The role requires significant experience building and managing entertainment and live production teams that deliver world class content on budget, and on time at scale.

The highest level of live production knowledge, with a background in film, theatre or live music production in both technical and creative design and development as a benchmark, leading the highest standards of development and the design of proposals, full budgetary management and responsibility, leading assigning and building teams relevant to client needs, and supporting the team's needs when they are leading a project delivery.

Accountabilities

1. Leadership - team mentorship, design and develop offerings, researching into latest trends

2. Business Development - manage and lead pitches when assigned

3. Production Management - ensuring the planning and delivery of successful and impactful events

4. Financial - P&L, budget planning, vendor liaison and negotiation

5. Creative collaboration - setting the relevant teams up for success (Creative, Technical and Production)

6. Communication - clear communication to the team as directed, client and stakeholder management

7. Standard Operating Procedures - working within process guidelines and SOPs

Who you are

1. 18+ years direct industry experience

2. Keen eye for detail, quality management, production experience, time management and embracing growth

3. Ability to travel on-site to events across Asia Pacific as required

4. Ensuring empathy and kindness

5. Exceptional knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite including - Drive, Mail, Sheets and Slides

6. Strong written and communication skills

7. Unfazed by tight deadlines, multiple projects and conflicting priorities
