Are you passionate about event marketing and excited by the idea of creating impactful experiences across Asia? Our client is a leading event marketing agency and they are looking for an Event Project Manager to join the Singapore team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in planning and delivering a wide range of events across Asia including conferences, meetings, award galas, product launches and incentive programmes. You will be involved in new business pitches and proposal development as well.
Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage projects end-to-end
Lead and guide internal teams to deliver seamless event execution
Coordinate with suppliers and partners (venues, AV, designers, production houses, agencies, government bodies, etc.)
Manage registrations and RSVPs where required
Prepare client meeting agendas, minutes, reports, proposals, budgets, and timelines
Participate in new business pitches, brainstorming sessions, and presentations
Handle project paperwork including contracts, invoicing, and final budgets
Support other agency-related tasks as needed
Your Experience:
Bachelors Degree
Minimum 3-4 years' experience in events, marketing or event production.
Excellent client management and interpersonal skills
Highly organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (design software knowledge is a bonus)
Passionate about events and marketing
An excellent communicator
