Our client is a leading global media company publishing news, analysis and unique fund manager performance information for the world's professional investor community, helping them make the best decisions about where to place their client's money.

Their Singapore office has grown rapidly over the past few years, and they are looking for a driven, hard-working, organised individual to join their Editorial team as a Senior Reporter.

Title covers the exciting and ever-changing world of finance and investment.

You will work alongside experts and write high quality breaking news and features.

Role: Senior Reporter

Location: Singapore

Salary: S$8,000 - S$8,400 per month

Main responsibilities

● Breaking news stories and writing features while working to deadlines

● You will have the ability to interact professionally and build relationships and sources

● You will write clearly and generate ideas for the magazine and website

● You will cover private banking, wealth management, ESG, family offices and independent financial advisers

● You will have opportunities to host live and online conversations with leading bankers and figures within the industry

Job specific skills / qualifications / profile

● Demonstrable experience in a similar role either full-time or freelance at experienced/senior level

● A keen news sense

● An understanding or an interest in financial advice, regulation or politics, the financial markets and the economy

● Ability to build relationship with senior bankers, professionals and UHNW/HNW individuals

● Able to take up new work-flows and adapt to new ideas quickly
