Senior Event Producer.

We are partnered with a great experiential and events agency that have a fantastic culture and are looking for a Senior Event Producer to join the team in Singapore. You will be responsible for delivering projects for a wide range of clients from brief to execution, whilst leading junior members of the team to success.

The senior Producer should possess exceptional time and project management skills, as well as passion and agility, to ensure success.

The role is a vital key within the project team to ensure that all work - from creative concepts to logistics and technical - delivers against agreed objectives and budget parameters, whilst surpassing clients' expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Client facing interaction and a high level of management of client needs and event project delivery
• Presenting proposals, running WIPS, on-site site visits and engaging colleagues
• Ideation with the team on projects, end to end management of timeline and budgets
• Business development and account growth where required
• Leadership and training of junior team members

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience within the event industry, ideally with agency experience
• End to end event project management skills and ability to do budget proposals and timelines
• Client management experience is essential
• Good organisational and communication skills and high level of attention to detail
• Willingness to travel to onsite events in the region when required
• Ability to multi task and work well against deadlines
