Senior Event Producer.

Aspire is excited to be partnering with a boutique event agency based in Singapore, looking to hire for a new Event Producer to join their small but buzzing team! This opportunity will bring you the chance to work with exciting brands on major projects, whilst being a part of an entrepreneurial team.

Please note that this role is hybrid / remote, and production experience is an absolute must!

If you'd like to be a part of this exciting venture and take pride in your event production skill set, we want to hear from you! This is a hands on role where you will be tasked to work remotely on multiple client events.

THE ROLE

You will have a strong operational understanding and practical experience in event logistics and management.

• Collaborate closely with all departments to develop and be responsible for event requirements and deliverables.
• Coordinate with the venue, planning and managing all aspect of the event.
• Act as a point of contact for clients while an event is taking place.
• Manage high touch events & acts as Lead Event Manager on global events involving multi-region support

ALL ABOUT YOU:

• 5 - 7+ years event production experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects.
• Client facing experience.
• Ability to coordinate and lead a small project management team.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and sales skills
• Adaptable and creative with the ability to problem solve
• Highly organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines through excellent time management skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
