Aspire is excited to be partnering with an established events business based in Singapore. This opportunity will bring you the chance to work with exciting brands on major projects, whilst being a part of a growing agency that pride themselves in delivering world class events.
Event Production will be your passion and you will be skilled in leading projects independently.

THE ROLE
You will have a strong operational understanding and practical experience in event logistics and management.
- Collaborate closely with all departments to develop and be responsible for event requirements and deliverables.
- Coordinate with the venue, planning and managing all aspect of the event.
- Act as a point of contact for clients while an event is taking place.
- Manage high touch events & acts as Lead Event Manager on global events involving multi-region support
ALL ABOUT YOU:
- 5+ years' event management experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects.
- Client facing experience.
- Ability to coordinate and lead a small project management team.
Your Profile:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and sales skills
- Adaptable and creative with the ability to problem solve
- Highly organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines through excellent time management skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
