Senior Conference Producer.

Are you passionate about the energy space and building relationships for B2B events? Our client are a fantastic B2B exhibitions business, creating world renowned exhibitions and conferences.

They are looking to hire a senior conference producer in the Singapore office focused on their APAC energy portfolio, which consists of hydrocarbons, oil and gas and clean energy. The ideal candidate will have experience producing content/schedules for events and speaker acquisition, along with an interest in the energy space.

The Role as Senior Conference producer

• Identifying trends and finding innovative technology leaders in Asia
• Networking with key market leaders
• Managing relationships with speakers leading up to and on-site events
• Supporting on agendas and content to be covered at events
• Keeping on top of industry trends and developing in-depth knowledge on the energy space
• Developing strong relationships within internal teams and stakeholders
• Attending industry events to grow network, knowledge and represent the business
• Project managing a variety of small events throughout the year and two to three larger conferences
• Helping the events to grow year on year

Your Experience and profile as a senior conference producer:

• Experience within conference and event production is essential, specifically with speaker acquisition ability
• Experience on energy or financial/investment related conferences
• A relevant degree within journalism, marketing, communications or similar
• An interest in energy
• A positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Quick thinker and problem solver
• Able to work individually and in a team
