Role: Conference Producer (Trade Exhibition)

Location: Singapore

The Role

• Identifying trends and researching on various industry markets to identify opportunities for new conferences.
• Developing a detailed conference agenda and content to be covered at events.
• Networking with key market leaders
• Managing relationships with speakers leading up to and on-site events
• Keeping on top of industry trends and developing in-depth knowledge on relevant subject matter.
• Developing strong relationships within internal teams and stakeholders
• Writing promotional copy for marketing campaigns, web copy and sales brochures.
• Liaising with marketing and PR team to promote the events.
• Selling sponsorship/stand/exhibition space to potential partners.

Your Experience

• A Bachelor degree within marketing, communications or similar
• Experience within conference and event production.
• A positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Quick thinker and problem solver
• Able to work individually and in a team.
