Sales Manager
Based in Singapore
Seeking a talented, articulate and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing Team to manage the development and monetization of agency & direct client accounts. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing both new and existing relationships with both agency and direct client accounts, with a passion for selling value-driven digital marketing solutions.
You Will:
· Be passionate about digital media and marketing, social media and advertising technology
· Be a strategic and creative thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally to develop advertising solutions for your clients and assist in bringing these solutions to market
· Have exceptional communication and relationship building skills as well as have a deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem
· Be a self-starter and life-long learner. You like working in a startup environment, with the opportunity and ability to learn, adapt and move quickly
· Have experience in new business development with a proven track record of carrying your own revenue targets
· Have your own network of existing relationships and contacts within the industry, with a particular focus on local medium sized companies, and/or independent agencies
· Have strong sales experience from prospecting to closing
· Have at least 3+ years prior experience working in sales capacities at an agency, media or adtech/martech company
Your Responsibilities:
· Demonstrate a high degree of proactive sales prospecting and lead generation capabilities
· Leverage your existing network to engage in qualified leads and build relationships into eventual client accounts
· Deliver clear, persuasive presentations and stories that push a value-driven narrative to potential clients of our digital solutions
· Meet and exceed sales goals and targets
