A leading global organisation that supports the World's leading brands with their comprehensive technology and service offerings that brings together the Data, Insights, and Advisory needed to inform a forward thinking digital retail strategy is looking for a Sales Director to join their fast growing team in Singapore.

Role: Sales Director - SEA & ANZ

Function: Sales (New Business)

Reporting to: VP of Customer Growth (Global)

Direct Reports: Business Development Executive and Business Development Representative

Location: Singapore

Overview

  • To manage and grow existing accounts for Southeast Asia & ANZ.
  • A great opportunity for an experienced commercial lead

Accountabilities

  • Build a sales strategy plan and execute on the acquisition of key clients to hit quarterly sales targets
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process from prospecting to closing (360 sales)
  • Develop new opportunities with businesses that the company would like to approach for future subscriptions/sales
  • Manage renewals and identify upsell opportunities
  • Deliver live product demonstrations to clients via online meetings or in person
  • Prepare presentations, develop quotes and proposals
  • Negotiate by phone or face to face
  • Proactively self-source new leads and develop a network of targeted prospects to build a pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Respond to inbound marketing leads quickly and effectively
  • Deliver and exceed on your Personal Success Formula (KPIs)
  • Hit and over-achieve your monthly sales target

Skills, experience & qualifications required

  • A Bachelors Degree and 5+ years of sales experience
  • Digital Commerce or FMCG experience is a plus
  • Adept at sales processes
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively cross functionally
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and create the strategy to go after them
