What you will do
They are looking for a Sales Director to accelerate our growth across APAC in Ad Serving, Creative Personalization (Display, Native, OLV, CTV, Audio, Social), and Verification solutions. You'll be responsible for building new business, driving revenue, and developing strategic partnerships with advertisers, agencies, and ad tech partners. This role blends commercial acumen with consultative problem-solving, helping clients achieve greater ROAS, smarter analytics (even in cookieless environments), and operational efficiencies that move the needle.
The ideal candidate is both technically fluent and commercially sharp - someone who thrives on diagnosing client challenges, designing impactful solutions, and building trusted relationships through empathy, credibility, and energy.
Responsibilities
Drive new business growth across APAC by selling enterprise ad tech solutions
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and strategic outreach
Develop and deliver high-impact proposals that win new accounts
Coordinate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with existing clients
Partner closely with client success and solutions engineering teams to ensure seamless execution
Collaborate with legal and finance to structure contracts aligned with scope and policy
Maintain accurate reporting in Salesforce and ensure pipeline visibility
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
Represent the company at key industry events and conferences
Who you are
A self-starter with strong drive, resilience, and consultative problem-solving skills
Deep knowledge of the marketing ecosystem - spanning vendors, agencies, and advertisers, with expertise in digital marketing, social, and CTV
Proven track record in managing and closing complex, enterprise-level deals
Experienced in selling to brands directly and working with major agency groups
Excellent communicator and presenter, able to influence senior stakeholders
7+ years of sales experience in advertising technology with strong C-level connections
