They are seeking an experienced Sales Director within the events and hospitality space to join our team and drive our business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Actively seek and secure new clients in the events and hospitality sectors.

• Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into loyal clients.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the commercial team to achieve high performance.

• Strategic Planning: Contribute to developing and executing business strategies that drive revenue growth.

What you need:

• Proven Experience: 8+ years in B2B sales within the events and hospitality industry.

• Sales Success: Proven track record of generating leads and converting them into revenue.

• Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving goals.

• Strong Networks: Exceptional networking abilities and relationship-building skills.
