Regional Performance Manager

Singapore

THE ROLE

Looking for an individual who has a love for performance driven platforms like search, paid social and programmatic, and would be keen to learn more about the ever changing landscape - from planning and executing to innovation and technologies.

The Regional Performance Manager is part of the regional team supporting a wonderfully diverse and interesting client base. This role focuses on managing 1 -2 key performance accounts that spans multiple APAC/ global markets.

Working closely with the Regional Performance Director and support of Performance executives, the role is responsible for planning, implementation, optimisation, campaign report, and operational management of performance campaigns and activities, assuring best practice performance implementation and campaign management.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Overall Performance campaign delivery, account implementations, and operational management across 1 - 2 key accounts
  • Hands-on management of self-serve platforms (eg. SA360, CM360, Facebook)
  • Implementation of campaign ad serving in line with ad ops process.
  • With the support of Performance execs, ensure the delivery of Performance campaigns across various channels, platforms and touchpoints, in line with campaign objectives.
  • Understand performance objectives and set-up bidding strategies to effectively optimise and deliver towards Performance media KPIs
  • Work with performance platforms and programmatic specialists to ensure digital best practices are in place for optimal account performances.
  • Weekly/monthly /quarterly reporting, analysis and insights
  • Performance media planning and forecasting with rationale.
  • Point of contact with clients and make sure requests are managed and delivered in a timely manner
  • Support the billing and finance process by ensuring that buys are uploaded onto the billing system

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2.5+ years' experience in managing performance campaigns, in a media agency or in-house performance marketing department is a plus
  • Experience in implementing across a spectrum of performance channels, search, display, video and social, and understanding the use of programmatic buying methods
  • Clear communicator across all aspects of implementation and operational management
  • Ability to work with and manage others around implementational and operational processes, and effectively troubleshoot operational issues should the occasion calls for it
  • Good relationship builder with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge and experience working with key platforms like Google and Facebook is a must

Good to have

  • Knowledge of programmatic buying, retargeting and audience management to enhance conversions and ROAS, would be of benefit, but not essential
  • knowledge and experience on other platforms like Bing, Yahoo, Naver, Kakao and Line is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience with the Google and Facebook adtech stack is also a plus
